ALROSA also sponsors the "Children of Asia" International Sports Games - an event held in Yakutia every four years under the patronage of the International Olympic Committee for children from across Asia in order to promote sport, to raise awareness of the ideals of the Olympic movement ideas and to enhance international cooperation.

Dominion’s support is having a lasting impact on the lives of children and youth in forty-eight schools in the Northwest Territories and two schools in Kugluktuk, Nunavut. The children use the nutrition programs each school day, providing them with a head start for years to come.

    Each year, Dominion Diamond provides funding to community schools to fund school initiatives such as cultural programs, literacy programs, healthy snack programs, positive behavioural support programs, and wellness programs, to name a few. Students from Chief Jimmy Bruneau Regional School in Behchoko enjoyed traditional on-the-land activities with funding from Dominion Diamond.
